Kas & Co Solicitors is excited to announce a new opportunity for a passionate and driven Immigration Paralegal or Caseworker to join our expanding immigration team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of business and personal immigration matters, preparing legal submissions, and providing support on complex cases including appeals and litigation issues. The role involves regular client contact, requiring a confident and compassionate approach.

You will work closely with experienced solicitors in a collaborative team where initiative, professionalism, and client care are valued.

What we’re looking for:

• A law degree (Diploma in Professional Legal Practice is desirable but not essential — potential traineeship opportunities available for the right candidate
• Solid knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic workload
• A client-focused, proactive, and personable approach
